Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

How do I start a fight?
1. Go to Fight Management
- Click “This Fight” in the top menu to manage your ads, OR
- Use the profile menu → “Create Fight.” Give it a name and it’ll appear under “This Fight.”
2. Enter your ad and click Save.
3. Choose how to fight:
Random Opponent → You’re matched instantly. Costs 50 credits per impression (previewing your own ad doesn’t cost credits).
Invite Opponent → Enter their email. They’ll get a challenge with your referral link. If they upgrade, you earn commission. Once they add their ad, click Start Fight to launch.
How do I surf?
To surf and view other members’ fights, just click Fights in the top menu. Each time you load a fight, you’ll see two ads side-by-side — click the one you like better to cast your vote.
What’s the difference between an Open Fight and a Closed Fight?
Open Fight → Each load shows your ad against a random opponent. Great for exposure & fast feedback.
Closed Fight → You vs. a specific challenger (friend, rival, competitor). Perfect for head-to-head battles.
Tip: Use Open for broad feedback, Closed for controlled tests.
What do the stats on my fight card mean?
- Fights — times your ad has been shown
- Opponent’s Clicks — how many times people clicked the other ad
- Your Clicks — how many times people clicked YOUR ad
- Record — Wins – Losses – Ties
- Win % — Wins ÷ (Wins + Losses)
- Points % — (Wins + 0.5 × Ties) ÷ Views
- Daily Ranking — how you rank today in the league
👉 Higher percentages = stronger ads.
How can I get ranked in the league?
League rankings are based on your daily fight performance: - More wins (clicks on your ads) push you higher. - Consistency matters — the more you fight, the more data you earn. - Rankings reset daily, so you always have a chance to climb back to the top. Want to dominate? Run multiple fights and aim for a high win %.
How much is it to upgrade, and what do I get?
- Amateur (Free) — limited fights & credits
- Lightweight — more fights, more credits, extra visibility
- Heavyweight — unlimited fights, max credits, top-tier tools

Is the One-Time Offer (OTO) available?
Yes. After signup you may see the legendary Mother of All One-Time Offers — massive credits at a steep discount. It appears rarely, so grab it when you see it.

How much commission can I earn?
You earn recurring commissions on upgrades and renewals from your referrals.
Heavyweight affiliates can earn up to 50% commission — that’s $100 on a single OTO sale.
